Quotes

Quotes are to be converted to orders, up to the ship date.

All unfulfilled quotes with a ship date from January 1^st to July 31^st, will be cancelled if not converted to an order by at least 5 calendar days prior to ship date on the quote.

All unfulfilled quotes with a ship date after August 1^st, will automatically be converted to orders if not cancelled at least 5 calendar days prior to August 1^st and customer will be responsible for payment on such order.
