Cancellation Policy
General Cancellations: Must be made by 11:00 AM (CT) the Friday before your scheduled shipment. NO CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE AFTER THAT TIME.
Layer chick orders (or quotes) of 100+ and Broiler orders of 500+: Must be canceled at least 14 calendar days prior to scheduled shipment to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days prior to scheduled shipment will incur a 15% fee of the order total.
All other orders: Must be canceled at least 5 calendar days prior to scheduled shipment to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made less than 5 calendar days prior to scheduled shipment will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Finance Charge Policy
A finance charge of 1% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance not received by the due date. This charge is assessed monthly and calculated based on the outstanding invoice total. Customers are encouraged to remit payment promptly to avoid additional fees. All finance charges will be clearly itemized on monthly statements.
Returns Policy
If a shipment is found to be incomplete or if mortality occurs during shipment, the customer must notify Welp Hatchery within 48 hours of the shipment's arrival. Welp does try to include extra chicks, at no charge, however we will not credit or replace extra chicks. We ask that you contact us with the live count if there is mortality. Welp Hatchery will not do a replacement or offer credit on any order shipped that did not meet the shipping minimum for that type of fowl. We do no offer refunds for turkeys, but we will ship you replacements free of charge with the exception of the $15.00 postal fee.
Any replacement order is subject to the $15.00 per box USPS FEE.
Unfortunately, due to the shipping issues to Alaska and Puerto Rico, we do not guarantee live delivery of Pheasants and Chukar Partridge to these locations. No replacements or credits will be done on any order of Pheasants and Chukar Partridge to Alaska or Puerto Rico.
